Pink 2019 stickers can be used starting January 1st, 2019 and do not expire until January 31st, 2020.
Residents are now permitted to put their recyclables out in clear plastic bags to prevent items blowing around in windy conditions. Please do not put recyclables in opaque garbage bags.
