Community in Bloom Award - Beausejour Beautification Committee

The Beausejour Beautification Committee and the Town of Beausejour have participated in the Communities in Bloom Program both Provincially and Nationally and have received the following awards:

• Three blooms in the 1999 Manitoba Provincial Edition of Communities in Bloom
• Four blooms in the 2000 Manitoba Provincial Edition of Communities in Bloom
• Four blooms in the 2000 Manitoba Provincial Edition of Communities in Bloom
• Four blooms in the 2001 National Communities in Bloom
• Five blooms in the 2002 National Communities in Bloom

Sustainable Community Award for the Town of Beausejour

Federation of Canadian Municipalities - Sustainable Community Award  - May 2001 Honourable mention in the Water category for Corrosion Control Program for Metallic Water Mains.
